Cable & Wire Managment Systems
Cable and wire management directly impacts how systems perform once installed. Routing, protection, and assembly quality all influence reliability, serviceability, and long-term durability in real-world environments.
We provide and integrate bespoke cable assemblies and custom wiring solutions designed to perform reliably within complex electronic systems.
OVERVIEW
Cable and wire management is more than organisation – it plays a critical role in how systems are installed, maintained, and perform over time. Routing constraints, environmental exposure, and mechanical stress can all introduce issues that aren’t visible at the design stage.
We provide cable assemblies, wiring looms, and structured wire management solutions designed around real-world electrical, mechanical, and environmental requirements. Every decision—from conductor and insulation selection through to shielding, routing, and strain relief—directly impacts reliability, serviceability, and long-term performance.
By combining design for manufacture with controlled build processes, we deliver assemblies that are robust, repeatable, and aligned to system integration requirements. This ensures consistent performance, reduced failure risk, and improved lifecycle efficiency across demanding applications.

CAPABILITIES
What We Do
Engineering & DFM
We translate requirements into manufacturable designs: conductor selection, insulation and shielding strategy, bend-radius and clamp points, overmould geometry, identification, and service loops. Early DFM reviews balance performance, EMC, weight, and assembly time. We validate samples, first-article builds and test plans to ensure the final cable assembly is robust, traceable and repeatable across batches.
Box Builds & Systems Integration
Cable design can be integrated with your enclosure and system layout. We manage panel terminations, bulkhead feed-throughs, hinge-point flex, connector mating halves and internal strain-relief features. Wiring looms arrive kitted to sequence and labelled to your drawings, reducing assembly time and variability while improving service access.
UK & Global Manufacturing
Our UK and global manufacturing resources provide flexible production routes for cable assemblies, wiring looms and cable management systems of varying complexity, volume and lead-time requirements. Consistent quality controls, documentation, testing and traceability help ensure reliable production performance while supporting continuity, scalability and long-term supply chain resilience.
Supplier & Project Management
We manage and qualify the entire supply chain, covering connectors, cable, sleeving, heatshrink, braids, labels, and hardware. Forecasting and scheduled orders help prevent shortages. We maintain controlled AVL/BOM lists, manage ECR/ECO updates, provide PPAP‑style documentation when required, and offer full serialised traceability throughout the build.

PRODUCT DETAILS
Cable assemblies
From simple to high‑count connection assemblies, we manufacture in our Far East facilities or, for smaller batch requirements, in our UK production site. We support low, medium, and high‑volume builds with full testing, documentation, and traceability – delivering everything from fast prototype runs to cost‑optimised mass production.
Complex wiring looms
Multi‑branch harnesses designed and built with precise routing, breakout points, identification markers, and protective sleeving. Ideal for complex equipment or system builds where reliability, optimisation and repeatability are essential.
Mains and power cables
Fully compliant mains‑rated power assemblies built using correctly specified insulation, shielding, and approved connectors. Suitable for industrial, commercial, and domestic applications requiring robust, safe, and certified power connectivity.
Curly/coiled cables
Retractile cable solutions with controlled coil memory, delivering excellent extension and return characteristics. Commonly used in handheld tools, scanners, medical devices, and portable instrumentation.
Discrete wire assemblies
We provide multi-wire assemblies produced with precision cut, strip, crimp and termination processes. Every assembly is electrically tested for continuity and performance, ensuring consistent quality at scale.
Overmoulded assemblies
Custom overmoulding for enhanced sealing, strain relief and mechanical durability. Supporting bespoke shape design, branding requirements, and environmental protection – ideal for demanding or high‑movement applications.
Custom jacketed cable
Fully extruded custom cables manufactured to exact conductor, shielding, jacket, and performance specifications. We will design and tailor for environments requiring flexibility, durability, EMI performance, or in environments where chemical and temperature resistance is required.
Build‑to‑print assemblies
Our cable assemblies can be manufactured strictly to customer drawings, specifications and standards (BTP manufacturing). Ideal for OEMs needing repeatable, compliant and traceable builds that exactly match existing designs.

FAQS
Commonly Asked Questions
How do you select the right wire and insulation?
We assess temperature, chemicals, bend radius, EMC and voltage, then specify conductor type, insulation, shielding, jacket and protective elements based on the environment.
Can you support both prototypes and volume?
Yes. We support everything from prototypes and small-batch builds through to full-scale production. Our UK and global manufacturing resources provide flexible production routes that balance lead time, cost, scalability and continuity while maintaining consistent quality controls and documentation.
What testing is performed?
Continuity, pin-out, insulation resistance, hipot, functional tests, IP testing and environmental validation as required.
Do you offer build-to-print and build-to-spec?
Yes – we either follow your documentation precisely or develop specifications and drawings collaboratively.
How do you manage EMC?
Shielding, controlled pair lay, routing separation, ferrites and correct shield termination.
Can you meet medical and cleanroom requirements?
Yes. Approved manufacturing partners support ISO 13485 and ISO Class 7 cleanroom requirements where required. We also have access to UK manufacturing resources that support controlled production environments and documented quality processes.
What information is needed to quote?
Drawings, specifications, environmental requirements, expected volumes, preferred components and application details help us provide accurate quotations and recommend the most appropriate cable and wire management solution.
